You will need a valid email and a YouTube account. The workouts are delivered as a complete video program for you to follow, with a set number of training days per week.\u003cbr\u003e\nImportant: The center reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments to the package, such as adding follow-up services, in cases where the client’s health condition requires it. This measure is intended to ensure that the client gains the maximum benefit from the package and to enable specialists to make necessary modifications to the nutrition plan according to the client’s needs and condition.
