Adding sessions to the Tegdar Package

Note: You must have a nutrition plan from Tegdar Center for Nutrition in order to benefit from the session add-on feature. Sessions will not be provided for an external diet plan.

Session Features:


• One session with a nutritionist (lasts between 20-40 minutes depending on your needs).


• Addressing your inquiries.

• Reviewing your medical reports.

• Providing dietary advice and recommendations.
  

Desired number of sessions:

• One online or in-person session (80 SAR): A direct appointment with a nutritionist before receiving your plan, either online or in-person. The session lasts 30-40 minutes and is aimed at discussing your goals and plan (Note: The session type will be determined by the Center based on availability).
• Two online or In-Person Sessions (150 SAR): Two direct appointments with a nutritionist, either online or in-person aimed at discussing your goals, plan and progress. (Note: The session type will be determined by the Center based on availability).

Available Add-ons:

• 1 Week Follow-up (90 SAR): Follow-up with the nutrition specialist via WhatsApp for one week, including responses to your inquiries.
• 1 Month Follow-up (120 SAR): Follow-up with the nutrition specialist via WhatsApp for one month, including responses to your inquiries.
• One-Month Exercise Program Subscription (30 Days) – (120 SAR): You will receive a one-month (30-day) subscription to the exclusive exercise program by Tegdar Center for Nutrition. To activate your subscription, you must have a valid email address and a YouTube account. The workouts are provided through comprehensive video sessions that you follow and perform on specific days each week
• Three-Month Exercise Program Subscription (90 Days) – (210 SAR): You will receive a three-month (90-day) subscription to the exclusive exercise program by Tegdar Center for Nutrition. To activate your subscription, you must have a valid email address and a YouTube account. The workouts are provided through comprehensive video sessions that you follow and perform on specific days each week
 

Very Important: 

Tegdar Center reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the package—in cases the client's health condition requires it. This measure ensures maximum benefit and allows specialists to make necessary adjustments to the plan according to the client's needs. Please note that such adjustments may require additional fees.

Important Notice: 

After payment, no cash refunds are possible under any circumstances. The paid amount will remain as a credit in your Tegdar Center membership wallet for a maximum of two months.
