Najim’s Life Coaching Session

This session is aimed at helping you discover your life coaching needs, by exploring your goals, your feelings and your past. The session is a face-to-face conversation, in person or online, with Najim Zeyad, a certified trainer, life coach and nutrition coach. Najim will guide you through your emotions, helping you find their roots and setting a plan for how to begin healing and moving on. This package can also include nutrition guidance, if it is related to your mental health. The package is aimed towards whatever you may need, you decide the direction, and Najim helps you get there through her expertise.

Session Benefits:
 

• A scheduled consultation session with Coach Najm personally (in person or remotely). The session type will be determined by the center based on availability at the time.
  
• Responses to all inquiries and clarifications during the consultation session.
