Note: a consultation does not include providing a meal plan



What it includes:


  • Consultation duration: 30 minutes.

  • Consultation session (in-person or remote).
  • Addressing your inquiries.
  • Reviewing your medical reports.

  • Providing dietary advice and recommendations.

Available Add-ons (Not included by default, but can be added at any time):

  • Meal Plan (340 SAR): Receive a new, comprehensive meal plan designed by your assigned nutrition specialist.
  • 1 Week Follow-up (90 SAR): Follow-up with the nutrition specialist via WhatsApp for one week, including responses to your inquiries (valid only with a Tegdar meal plan).
  • 1 Month Follow-up (120 SAR): Follow-up with the nutrition specialist via WhatsApp for one month, including responses to your inquiries (valid only with a Tegdar meal plan).
  • One online or in-person session (80 SAR): A direct appointment with a nutritionist before receiving your plan, either online or in-person. The session lasts 30-40 minutes and is aimed at discussing your goals and plan (Note: The session type will be determined by the Center based on availability) - valid only with a Tegdar meal plan.
  • Two online or In-Person Sessions (150 SAR): Two direct appointments with a nutritionist, either online or in-person. The first meeting (30-40 minutes) takes place before receiving the plan and is aimed at discussing your goals and plan, and the second occurs two weeks after receiving the plan to discuss your progress and inquiries (Note: The session type will be determined by the Center based on availability) - valid only with a Tegdar meal plan.
  • One-Month Exercise Program Subscription (30 Days) – (120 SAR): You will receive a one-month (30-day) subscription to the exclusive exercise program by Tegdar Center for Nutrition. To activate your subscription, you must have a valid email address and a YouTube account. The workouts are provided through comprehensive video sessions that you follow and perform on specific days each week
  • Three-Month Exercise Program Subscription (90 Days) – (210 SAR): You will receive a three-month (90-day) subscription to the exclusive exercise program by Tegdar Center for Nutrition. To activate your subscription, you must have a valid email address and a YouTube account. The workouts are provided through comprehensive video sessions that you follow and perform on specific days each week
 

Note: 

The nutritional plan does not include follow-up by a nutritionist and is designed based on your caloric needs using general food items. You can add follow-up services and food selection through the add-ons listed above.

Very Important: 

Tegdar Center reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the package—such as adding follow-up services—in cases the client's health condition requires it. This measure ensures maximum benefit and allows specialists to make necessary adjustments to the plan according to the client's needs. Please note that such adjustments may require additional fees.

Important Notice: 

After payment, no cash refunds are possible under any circumstances. The paid amount will remain as a credit in your Tegdar Center membership wallet for a maximum of two months.
