Eat and Lose Weight - Sixth Month

This package is exclusive for previous members who already had a previous membership in Takil o Ten7af packages. It is not suitable for new clients. If you subscribe in this package without having a prior membership, you will be required to pay the price difference to shift to another package as all payments made are non‑refundable.

This meal plan was designed to give you the freedom and flexibility to achieve any goal you want (weight maintenance, weight gain, weight loss, habit change. etc..) in a smooth and easy way without any added pressure. The plan consists of a variety of food choices, which will allow you to understand the correct food types and quantities to consume that would, in turn, be most suitable for your body and your goal without any deprivation. The plan is designed based on the caloric requirement of the goal you select in a flexible and diversified way.

Note: This plan is not suitable for weight loss for people with  diabetes, heart or kidney failure, Gout, children under the age of 12 or any other illnesses that could require transferring to specialized treatment plans in Tegdar Center for Nutrition.

• Flexible Nutrition Plan via WhatsApp: A written diet plan delivered through a WhatsApp text message, offering a variety of options (5–7 meals based on your needs, each meal includes 2–4 choices).
• Subscription Duration: One month on WhatsApp.
• Weekly Q&A Support: Submit your questions throughout the week and receive answers once per week (4 total responses during your subscription). This is the only follow‑up method included in the package.
• Renewal Discount: If you choose to renew your package, you’ll receive a special discount — the package price will be 200 SAR.
• Continuous Membership: Your membership remains active without interruption.
